I have no idea what, or who, the police were waiting for, but they had shut down traffic on Mannerheimintie for a few blocks. I didn't have the urge to find out either so I didn't stick around. It's still a mystery to me. (The car in the distance is not the culprit, it was just trying to get out of the way.) |
